Alignment of the amino acid sequences of the heavy and light chain genes of scFvs clones with consensus chicken scFv (con). VP2-binding scFvs were confirmed by DNA sequencing, the FR1-4 and CDR1-3 were divided according to S. I. Sapats et al. Complementarity determining regions (CDR1-3) are shown on top of the sequence by arrows and Frame region (FR1-4) are shown by lines. The Gen Bank number of consensus sequence is AAO15864.1.
