Editorial Responsibilities
Ethical Leadership, Scientific Integrity, and Transparent Peer Review Practices

Fair Editorial Decisions
Editors must evaluate submissions solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance, regardless of authors' institutional or personal background.

Upholding Ethical Standards
Editors are responsible for identifying misconduct (plagiarism, data manipulation, authorship fraud) and initiating appropriate corrective actions.

Maintaining Confidentiality
All manuscripts must be treated as confidential. Editors must not disclose content to any third party except reviewers or editorial staff.

Reviewer Assignment
Editors assign manuscripts to qualified, unbiased reviewers and ensure timely, constructive evaluations through a transparent review process.

Conflict of Interest Oversight
Editors must avoid handling manuscripts where there is a conflict of interest and disclose any such affiliations to the editorial team.

Correction & Retraction Duties
When needed, editors must issue corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern following COPE’s retraction guidelines.
Accountability and Transparency
Editors are ultimately accountable for the quality and integrity of the journal. They work collaboratively with the editorial office, peer reviewers, and the publisher to ensure compliance with international standards, including COPE, DOAJ, and OASPA.
